Refund policy

This policy applies to paid programming consulting services purchased from Sync Kernel Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (SSM 202201344743).

Proposed terms — pending business confirmation.

Eligibility

Service fees may be refunded within 7 calendar days of written confirmation of the engagement, minus any work already performed and documented.

Deposits and milestones

Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work on that milestone has started, including discovery sessions, profiling runs, or deliverable drafts shared with your team.

Cancellations

You may cancel before work starts for a full refund of unused prepaid amounts. After work begins, fees for completed milestones are not refundable.

Email info@synckernel.digital or call +60-3-0000-1704 with your invoice reference and reason. We respond within 5 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days unless banking rules require longer.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits remedies available under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including access to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying disputes up to RM 50,000.
