These terms apply when you purchase consulting services from Sync Kernel Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (SSM 202201344743).

Services

We provide programming consulting focused on backend performance optimisation, delivered as scoped projects or ongoing technical advisory engagements agreed in writing.

Quotes and acceptance

Each engagement begins with a written scope or statement of work describing deliverables, timeline, and fees. Work starts after you accept the quote and any deposit terms stated there.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit unless otherwise stated. Invoices describe what is included. Any applicable service tax will be shown when we are registered to charge it. Payment methods are specified on your invoice (bank transfer is typical).

Your responsibilities

You provide timely access to systems, code, and stakeholders needed for the scope. Delays in access may shift timelines.

Confidentiality

Both parties treat non-public technical and business information as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Intellectual property

Unless the statement of work says otherwise, you own deliverables created specifically for you once fees for that milestone are paid. We retain rights to general know-how and pre-existing tools.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Malaysian law does not permit such limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Consumer remedies under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 remain available where applicable.
